Each event has a unique theme and relates to the multitude of professionals who keep the music machine running. Join us for the Barbie and the Rockers™ Reunion Tour by rocking out your wardrobe in style! We will be featuring musical themes from the 80’s through today’s current hits. Mattel Event – Wednesday Evening
Whether you’re a brand new band or a legend, a record release party is a must. It is a way to connect with fans, network, and celebrate your hard work in the studio. Join us as the band releases their favorite hits album.
This is your chance to celebrate the height of 80’s fashion, the musical career of Barbie® and your inner 80’s Rock Star by dressing in neon clothing and acid washed jeans or rock it out in the latest Rocker wear. First and foremost, this is a dance party! Come dressed to dance the night away while celebrating the band’s Reunion Tour.
Thursday Evening
The recording studio is the place to be as the artists perform and record their talent to be shared with the rest of the world. The recording studio has a long history of providing a place for artists to perform without outside distractions. It is not uncommon for recordings to be made in any available location, such as a local ballroom or church, often with
portable recording equipment.
Dress as your favorite singer, musician, manager, agent or member of the production crew. Or get more specific and come dressed as your favorite country western, rock, pop or rap star. If you can’t think of someone just dress as your inner diva. Join us as we celebrate the varied musical talent and friends in the Barbie® world.
Rockin’ PJ Party Movie Night – Friday Night
Who can forget their favorite rock movie? Come dressed to relax as we have the first ever PJ Party and Movie Night. All sleepwear must be appropriate for public view. Don’t forget your pillow and a blanket. Comfortable clothing or sleepwear is best for this event. We are working on some awesome Rocker sleepwear so look for it in your next update.
Luncheon – Friday Afternoon
This is the scene to be seen. Join Barbie and the Rockers™ as they start their reunion tour during a special engagement. Just as artists get their stage costumes specially made for their tours, this is your opportunity to dress to impress. Arrive in an updated rocker fashion, create your own unique style or dress as your favorite Rock Star. Wear clothing that says “I am here and take notice”, because you are the
“STAR”.
Saturday Evening
This gala event is about recognizing our own. Come dressed in your finest red carpet attire for our awards gala as we honor the winners from the competition room and best dressed categories. Make sure to scan the room as doll artists have donated OOAK dolls as part of the centerpieces. Don’t forget your camera! This is a black tie optional event.
