


We sold out at the box office, but we’re still hoping we can rely on your support and generosity to fill our Rockin’ Raffle Room tables with a dazzling array of dolls, doll fashions, accessories, gift baskets and unique items! Anything related to our hobby and other unique and interesting items will be greatly appreciated! Donations can be from individuals, clubs, corporations or any interested group.
Raffle donation(s) valued at $50 or more will receive a complimentary business card sized ad in our souvenir book. To receive this offer all donations must be received prior to June 1, 2010. Please fill out the Raffle Donation form below to ensure proper credit is given. Please reference the Souvenir Book page for ad specifications and include your ad with your donation. Smaller donations may be combined to create gift baskets at the discretion of the Rockin’ Raffle Room Chair. All ads are subject to Mattel approval.

Purchase your Raffle Tickets in advance! And pick up your pre-printed Raffle Tickets at the convention scheduled Raffle Room drop off time.
BACK this year...You already know that the Raffle Room will hold some ROCKIN’ items, so why not pre-purchase tickets prior to convention? Groupies know that preparation before a big concert has its perks, so we’re taking all the steps to make this a pleasurable part of your concert tour! Imagine the convenience of having your tickets ready for you to pick up...already pre-printed with your name and Reg # on the back of the tickets to save you time.
Pre-purchased Raffle Room tickets can be picked up at the Raffle Room drop off time (please see the convention schedule for dates and times) or any time while the Raffle Room is open. If you miss out on advance purchasing, Raffle tickets will be available for sale while the Raffle Room is open. Photo identification is required for pick-up of advance Raffle ticket purchases.
Deadline for mail-in advance Raffle Ticket Sales is June 15, 2010. Do not mail any payments after this date!
