For those of you feeling lucky, our Hidden Treasures Raffle Room will offer you many chances to win some great pirate booty. You don’t have to follow a treasure map or dig for buried treasure, just buy tickets, (lots of them)!
This year we would like to create a raffle room worthy of the name “Hidden Treasures”. A room overflowing with the most exquisite items imaginable. This can only be done through the generosity of donors. We would love to see your One-of-a-Kind creations put on display to be won by a fellow conventioneer. Or maybe you have upgraded your vintage collection and can part with an old favorite (or two). Cleaning out your closet serves double duty, organizing your collection and finding nice contributions to the raffle room.
We would like to issue the challenge to every conventioneer to make at least 1 donation to the raffle room. Think outside the box. Of course we love anything that is pink, Barbie® doll sized or Barbie® doll related. But we also love people sized goodies, home décor, and gift certificates. Anything can be donated to the raffle room. This year let's create the raffle room to end all raffle rooms!
Donations from individuals, clubs, and businesses (doll related or not) are most welcome. Please keep in mind smaller donations may be combined to create fantastic gift baskets.
Raffle donations valued at $50 or more will receive a complimentary business card size ad in our Souvenir Book. To receive this ad, all donation forms with the business card size ad must be received by May 8, 2013. Ad specifications can be found on the Souvenir Book Ad page of this registration packet.. Please include your ad with your donation form by the deadline whether you plan to mail your donation or bring it to convention.

For all donations that will be hand-delivered to convention, there will be designated raffle room drop off times in the final convention schedule.

Hidden Treasures Raffle Room Advance Ticket Purchase
Back by popular demand! You will be able to pre-purchase your pre-printed raffle tickets before the convention. And with so much on your schedule, who wants to spend valuable convention time writing your name hundreds of times? This year we have an EXTRA BONUS for you. If you purchase your raffle tickets on or before March 2, 2013, in addition to having them pre-printed with your name, you will receive a BONUS OF OVER 10% ADDITIONAL FREE RAFFLE TICKETS!! (For example, instead of receiving 200 tickets for the $100 rate, you will receive 225 tickets!)

Pre-purchased Raffle tickets can be picked up during the Raffle Room drop off times or any time that the Raffle Room is open. Photo ID will be required for pick-up. If you miss out on advance purchasing, Raffle tickets will be available for sale while the room is open.
Hidden Treasures Raffle Room advance ticket purchases must be postmarked by March 2, 2013, in order to receive the extra bonus tickets. Ticket purchases must be postmarked by June 1, 2013, in order for your tickets to be pre-printed with your name.
You may pay for your raffle tickets by personal check or money order. Please make checks or money orders payable to B Convention, LLC.
