Getting Around New Orleans

Cab transportation is available within the city. A cross-town ride from our downtown hotel to an uptown jazz club or neighborhood restaurant is typically under $20 and about $10 to the French Quarter.
Numerous trolley lines, including the new Loyola Avenue Streetcar with a stop in front of our hotel, arriving in 2012 can take travelers on a scenic tour of New Orleans’ most famed attractions and to areas like the Garden District. One-way fares are $1.25 and can be paid with exact change when you board. One, 3 and 5-day unlimited ride passes are also available for $5, $12 and $20 respectively.
