DONATIONS

Prize Room donations can be from individuals, clubs, tables, groups of friends and businesses. Items should be new; or if you are donating a Vintage item, please consider the condition of the item. Donations valued at $50 or more will receive a complimentary business card size ad in our Souvenir Book. To receive this offer, all donation forms must be received prior to March 9, 2025. Please fully

fill out the donation form to ensure proper credit is given. We would love for you to include a few digital photos of your donation to be used for Facebook promotions. Whether you are mailing your donation or bringing it with you to convention, please submit your form via email to prize_room_chair@yahoo.com. If you are unable to email your form, please mail your form to:
